We are committed to keeping things simple — we collect as little data as possible to provide our free price comparison service.

When you first visit RideWise you can accept or decline analytics cookies via the consent banner; if you decline, our analytics and attribution scripts are not loaded. We do not maintain user accounts or databases of personal information. Search queries (pickup/drop-off locations) are processed in real-time and are not stored beyond the active browser session. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' default retention settings (14 months).
Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.
